Terms and Conditions

WARRANTY

Qualink warrants that the products to be delivered shall, at the time of delivery, befree from defects, in material and workmanship. Qualink's obligation under this warrantyis limited to the repair or replacement of the defective products. All freight costs toand from Qualink's plant arising from repair with quality problems will be paid by theseller. This warranty shall remain in effect for the period of one year from the date of shipment. Qualink shall have no liability for the product damages resulting from improper use, negligence or accident. Complete or partial disassembly of the productswill void this warranty .

ORDER

01. Complete part number designated by Qualink must be specified to place anorder,including but not limited to outline number and connector type. All purchase orders areaccepted via Qualink's acknowledgement only. Orders cannot be canceled by customer underany circumstances without first reaching an agreement in writing with Qualink.

02. If an order is already in production, cancellation will result inrestocking orcancellation charges. A custom and special order cannot be canceled.

03. All our prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, international shipping charges and handling fees, or charges imposed by any government authority. Special packing andpackaging may cause additional charges to the Customer.

PAYMENT

01. Payment terms: full payment in advance of shipment by bank transfer. If the customer fails to effect payment on due date, Qualink reserves the right to suspend further deliveries of products until all payments are received and Qualink also reserves the right to impose interests on late payment. Credit limit is approved for selected customer only.

02. In the event of order cancellation or the customer fails to pick up the ordered products, the customer will be liable to Qualink for any loss and for the prices of all products actually completed for shipment and for products are in production.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

01. All quotations are made EXW (Incoterms ICC 2000) Shenzhen China. Shipping or freight charges, insurance and any taxes will be paid by the customer.

02. All risks of loss and damage to the products shall pass from Qualink to customer when the products are shipped in accordance with EXW (Incoterms ICC 2000) trade terms.

03. Delivery time is estimated ship date, instead of receiving date of the goods.

PACKING AND PACKAGING

Packing and packaging normally supplied is to "standard transportation criteria". Special standards or export packaging is available upon the buyers' request, at an extracharge to be quoted by the seller.

CHANGE OF PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

The product catalog and specifications on the website are subject to change at any time. Qualink reserves the right to discontinue items without prior notice.

LIABILITY

In no event will Qualink be held liable for incidental, direct, indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages. Customer shall indemnify and hold Qualink harmlessfrom such damages. Customer's exclusive remedy against Qualink, whether due toperformance, negligence, or defects shall be the repair, replacement, or return forcredit of such goods, at Qualink's option. No allowance shall be made for any laborcharges of buyer for replacement of parts, adjustment or repairs, or any other work, unless such charges are authorized in advance by Qualink.
